Sarah takes time to talk about the insurance products and explain everything, she'll re-run quotes a hundred different ways until we feel confident with the packages we chose. Since first becoming customers here our lives and insurance needs have changed drastically and Sarah has always helped us adapt our insurance to our changing life without ever being pushy (getting married, new house, first kids, different cars, etc.). The customer service is always excellent. They go above and beyond.
